Paul and Kathy Drogemuller, together with the family team, share a strong focus on quality and hands-on care in the vineyard and with winemaking. The grapes are grown on-site and sourced from specialist local family growers. Every vine is hand pruned -a strong commitment to quality.

The wines are made, barrel stored, bottled, packaged on-site and distributed directly from the winery where Paul and Kathy are responsible for the complete handling of their handcrafted wines, from beginning to end.

This soft environmental footprint and authentic style of management has helped Paracombe Wines harness an identity and reputation for producing ecologically crafted wines with finesse and style.

Paracombe offers a specialised range of fresh, crisp whites and rich, spicy reds with delightful bouquets, full fruit flavour and the right balance of natural acid. The wines are released ready to drink and with careful cellaring will further reward with age.

As with the vast majority of contemporary Australian wines, all of these products are bottled under screwcap closures that lock-in and guarantee freshness and perfect wine with every bottle. The whites and Rose are all fresh new vintages that will ensure clean and crisp wines, and the reds are deliberately held back and cellared at the winery until they are now able to display wonderful, mature bottle-aged characters upon release.
